CooperVision's exclusive PC Technology™ creates a unique material in which phosphorylcholine (PC) molecules attract water and retain it on the surface of the lenses, creating a barrier that keeps them clean and functional. Additionally, PC molecules help the lenses stay hydrated, providing a feeling of comfort and hydration throughout the day.
When you purchase a subscription product, your payment details are securely saved. You will receive the product as often as you like, for example every 30 or 90 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your reserved area. No commitments, just simplicity . To manage your subscription, you must log in with the account linked to the email used during purchase.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over 99.90 euros. For the European Union it is free from 149.90 euros and for the rest of the world from 299.90 euros. If you do not reach the threshold, shipping costs 9.90 euros in Italy with delivery in 2-6 days, 19.90 euros for the European Union with delivery in 24/48 hours, and 49.90 euros for the rest of the world. All shipments are tracked.
You can return this product within 14 days of delivery, only if it meets all the conditions set out in our return policy. The return is free only in the case of product defects or errors in shipping. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We only accept original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened, damaged or used lenses, for hygiene reasons. Returns are not accepted for opened or unsealed contact lenses, custom-made products or items with a broken seal.
To initiate a return, write to assistenzaclienti@occhialerialucana.com indicating the order number and the reason. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days or, if you prefer, you can request a replacement.
